I go deep with intriguing humans, artists, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders every second Sunday ( From June 2 ). My guest & I have a duty to drop the facade & reveal our true self by having deep, powerful and completely vulnerable discussions that aim to guide, inspire and motivate YOU.

110% vibing this. I’m new to the concept of manifestation but something about these episodes and the network is really connecting with me. It’s like a couple of light bulbs have gone off in my head and I only know what I can know… but now I know more and I can’t unsee or unhear this stuff and all I keep thinking about is how I can manifesting more for my life. Thank you x

    Carissa Walford says:

Yayyyy! So bloody happy you are connecting with it. Manifesting is a big one so just take it one step at a time, it’s all about being aware of how you feel and always working on lifting your mood / vibration in order to attract what you want. Keep at it.. it will start to become a lifestyle & a way of life. I like to say it’s my little superpower xx

RJ says:

Great conversation! I especially enjoyed the talk about manifesting. I was intrigued by the comment about how people will question you when you say you can, but not when you say you can’t.

I also liked the business talk, it gave me some things to really think about. I think I might undervalue myself at times, and not just in a financial sense.

    Carissa Walford says:

It’s like we’ve gotten so used to doubting ourselves when it needs to be the other way around. I’m so happy you learnt something from our conversation. Don’t worry, we all do it … we need to have the courage to ask for more because you ( we ) deserve it!!

Jessica says:

Before this episode I was itching for guests to go that little bit deeper. But after watching Lilian – no longer! I’ve realized that self awareness and depth can present itself in many ways. What a self-aware, smart woman who knows how to assess and reflect her inner world so beautifully – and with conviction! And how brave of you to mention the cab fare – vulnerability at its finest. I’m in love with the series. Keep up the amazing work. With love.

    Carissa Walford says:

I love Lillian’s take on going deep as well. There’s not just one way. Ha yes, the cab story truly reflects my insecurity or inability to speak up or value my own worth in situations like Lil did. Over the moon you are loving the episodes. Keep the comments coming. Love this discussion. Xx
